Title:    Operator Algebras and Operator Spaces
  
Abstract:   In this talk, I will first show that C*-algebras (resp., von Neumann algebras)
            can be naturally regarded as non-commutative topological spaces (resp.,
            non-commutative measure spaces).  Motivated by this observation, it is natural
            to study the non-commutative quantization of many mathematics areas.
            As an example, I will introduce operator spaces, which are the natural non-commutative
            quantization of Banach spaces.
